What Our Customers Say

How our reviews work

Only real customers can leave a review. After we pick up your totes, we text you a one-time review link. That's why every review shows a Verified rental badge with the package and month.

We post good and bad reviews. We read each review before it goes live, and we post every one that follows these guidelines, whatever the star rating. We only leave out reviews that:

• are spam, advertising, or not about our service
• use profanity or hateful language
• aren't from a real rental, or are duplicates

We protect your privacy. We show your first name, last initial and city, never your full name, phone, email or address. If a review includes personal details, we remove only those details and mark the review as edited.
